We hope you enjoy your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition

Sealed in the original packaging (including jewellery box and pouch)

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Avery Ave unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
