What materials do you use for your earrings?
Our earrings are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, which is durable, resistant to tarnishing, and hypoallergenic. Perfect for everyday wear while staying beautiful over time.

Can I return earrings?
Yes, earrings can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and sealed in the original packaging (including the jewellery box and pouch). Please see our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return your order.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange earrings?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you’d like a different style or size, you can return your earrings for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

​​What if my earrings arrive damaged or incorrect?
If your earrings arrive damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your earrings water-resistant?
Yes! Our earrings are water-resistant and perfect for everyday life, including working out and splashes here and there., so you don’t have to worry about tarnishing. However, to keep them looking their best, we recommend taking them off before swimming or showering to avoid exposure to warm water, soap, and shampoo, which can affect their shine over time.

Do you offer other types of jewellery beyond earrings?
At the moment, we focus exclusively on earrings. Stay tuned, though..there might be more to come in the future ;)

Why do you only ship to certain countries?
